There are an endless amount of wine glasses out there and while I’ve personally broken dozens, one wine “glass” that’s been on my radar for a while now is the official YETI Wine Tumbler. I actually own a few of these, so wanted to give you all a heads up about my experience, what you should really know about, and if I think it’s worth the money or not. Here’s my overall experience.

Its tapered design allows for easy gripping, and the stemless style is perfect for outdoor scenarios so you can place it on the ground (grass, dirt, sand, etc) and don’t have to worry about it tipping over or breaking.
PROS & CONS
WHAT I LOVE:
- Durable and rugged construction with 18/8 stainless steel.
- Double-wall vacuum insulation keeps wine at the perfect temperature for hours.
- Shatterproof lid with sliding mechanism helps prevent spills.
- Tapered design allows for easy gripping and comfortable handling.
- Stemless style is perfect for outdoor settings.
JUST A HEADS-UP:
- You’re forced to hold it by the “cup” vs. the proper way of a stem hold.
- Smaller capacity (10 oz) compared to some other traditional wine glasses.
- The lid can be slightly difficult to clean
- Can be a bit heavy to hold, especially when filled with wine.
- The price can definitely be higher than a lot of other glass options.
IS THE YETI WINE TUMBLER WORTH IT?
So, in conclusion we’ve come to the part of the review where I let you know if I think it’s worth the money. Here’s the thing. Even though it’s a stemless wine glass (even though it’s not technically a glass), I think the YETI wine tumbler is worth the $25 price tag.
If you plan on having some drinks outdoors and don’t want it to tip over and break and really want it to keep your white wine, chilled summer rosè wine, or other sparkling options it really does keep it at the perfect cool temp for hours. Now, it doesn’t take me hours to sip through my wine of choice, but when it’s really hot outside this 10-ounce tumbler is really going to come in handy. Plus, the color options are pretty extensive too. Personally, I don’t really use the slider lid, but it’s a cool option especially if you’re prone to spillage.
So I say go for it if you can. Here’s where you can pick them up at the best price(s) I could find.
